Any person who buys a scooter, moped, ATV, dirt bike, mini chopper, motorcycle or any other product or service from this online scooter store must accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement without change. BY CLICKING THE ‘I AGREE’, ‘CONFIRM ORDER’ OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR BUTTON, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Shipping Policy
Moto Power Sports processes orders Monday through Friday. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box,
Moto Power Sports ships to credit card billing addresses only. All orders found not to be billing addresses will be cancelled immediately. You will be notified via phone or e-mail if your order has been cancelled.
If for any reason, the customer wishes not to have the order shipped to a billing address, the following options are available:
1. We will send the customer a reference number to track the order with the shipping company. Once the shipment is in their city the customer can call the shipping company and inform them that they will pick it up. The shipping company will request a photo ID when picking up shipments.
2. Different payment options are available to send to non-billing addresses.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellation of orders can be made anytime during the shopping process. If you need to make any changes after submission, you must contact our customer service department immediately to receive a confirmation of change. Failure to do so will result in the original order to be processed.

Return Policy
If an item is defective upon arrival the customer has 48 hour to notify customer service. Moto Power Sports will send replacement parts as soon as possible, minus a $50.00 deductible. If entire unit is damaged, customer must call within the 48 hours to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is only valid for 10 days after being issued.
For better service, please have the following information on hand when you call our service department: invoice number, model number, phone number, and reason for return. Any return without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the exchange (if applicable). For customer protection, it is recommended to insure the shipment, in case it is lost or damaged during shipping. It is also recommended to use a shipping company that can provide a proof of delivery of some form.
If product arrives damaged, save the product in the original packaging and notify us. We will in turn arrange a carrier inspection with the shipping company.
Assembly
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERLY ASSEMBLING THE SCOOTER. Scooters are not difficult to assemble; however, we strongly recommend to have a licensed mechanic assemble the scooter. A mis-assembled scooter does not perform properly and may be dangerous to ride. Scooters can be professionally assembled at bicycle, motorcycle or lawnmower shops in your local area. Please contact us if you need assistance locating a shop.
We are not responsible for any damages resorting from incorrect installations. You need to use lock-tyte on all your bolts and make sure all your bolts are tight before riding. We will not be responsible for negligence.
Warranty
Moto Power Sports will offer to our customer, the vehicle manufacturer warranty that is provided to us.
3 -MONTH PARTS ONLY WARRANTY TERMS: vehicle manufacturers warrants to the purchaser that it will replace free of charge, during usual working hours, any part except for tires, batteries, starters, brakes and body parts, that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, for a period of 180 days from the date of delivery, WITH THE EXCEPTIONS SHOWN BELOW. The warranty covers replacement of the part only and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (1) PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED BY ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR ACCIDENT; (2) FLUIDS OR SHIPPING CHARGES; (3) LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; NOR DO REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT EXTEND THIS WARRANTY BEYOND THE DESCRIBED PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
Moto Power Sports makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose implied by law, and shall not be liable for any damages other than those provided by law.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
